This program is delivered as a 2-day face to face course Learners with low LLN may complete additional training days prior to assessment. Additional fees apply for additional training and should be discussed with Ironbark Training to determine the most cost-effective option.

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to operate a backhoe/loader to load, distribute and place materials.
This unit applies to those working in site based roles.

Pre-requisites and Licensing / Regulatory Information
There are no pre-requisites for this unit of competency.
There are currently no licensing requirements attached to this unit in NSW.
However, students must be able to complete all training and assessment materials in accordance with the instructions and assessment requirements for that instrument. In particular, learners must have sufficient English language to complete the assessment without the use of an interpreter, assistant or any reference materials.
